- thanks to everyone who came out to our
show last night at the Fire Escape. We
had a blast!!!

- happy new year!!! we thought we'd
welcome everyone to the new year by
announcing our first show since
halloween. we hope to see you all there,
it's been awhile. we are also happy to
announce that during the time off we have
made some more progress on the long
awaited 2nd album. we can proudly say
that there will be new studio versions of
helpyourself songs released this year!!!
